Care and Support services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.  Processes are in place to ensure high standards of service delivery including regular meetings, care and support plan reviews, quality assurance surveys and spot inspections

We also operate a compliments and complaints system to ensure any problems are attended to promptly and effectively in the strictest confidence, and monitor performance.
