We enable all of our staff's continuous self development through job specific training programmes delivered both internally and externally.
We value training so highly that we encourage new staff members to undertake a health and social care qualification within 12 months’ of commencing work with Lyndridge. We offer this training free of charge to all employees, subject to Terms and Conditions.

We are always keen to talk to people considering a career in care or support. All you need is empathy with the needs and requirements of the client group, a flexible and willing attitude and the desire to learn and really make a difference. A full driving licence would be appeciated but is not a pre-requisite. All applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS and ISA check and at least two satisfactory written references.
